Whose hot little hand might this be in?

Win! That’s a Springfield Armory 1911 Champion Lightweight Loaded, which are a pain in the ass to find anywhere right now. Good thing I’m good at teh intarnets.
Thanks to:
a) You guys, for making me contemplate the Loaded v. Operator long enough for this one to magically appear on Arfcom,
b) Riverofguns.com, which searches several big gun forums/sites for the item you’re looking for, and is how I found my preciousssss,
c) A very nice cop-turned-lawyer in Texas (DFW), who intended to FTF this sale but responded to my groveling and begging by agreeing to ship to my FFL,
and
d) GUNPAL, through which I could openly purchase a firearm and donate to the Calguns Foundation in the process. Talk about an improvement over PayPal. I have my tip jar set up with them, so I’ve both received and sent money now, with nothing really notable to mention. (Actually, I’ll note that if your recipient isn’t already set up with GUNPAL, it can take several days to complete the bank account verification/link so they can withdraw the money you send. Same for senders, though linking a credit card is more or less instantaneous. Just something to keep in mind, since lots of people are new to the service.)
Range report coming as soon as I have one, which should be tomorrow, ammo acquisition permitting.

teh HAWTNESS!
I envy.
Giddidy Giddidy Goo.
since when have ye gone all simpson-handed?
aahp, nah, i see the tinge of beigepink along the trigger guard that hints at an extended index finger along the barrel.
truth be told, i knew thats were it was anyways, but it is an odd picture at first glance.
also, it occurs that barrel may well not be the correct term for the whole upper part of the gun, but i think you can forgive.
I shot one just like it last year, and it turned me off 1911’s for a while. I don’t think it was the model as much as it was beat so badly from being a poor rental the poor thing needed taken out back with a shotgun.
Ahh, but I loved the feel of it, and once I get done paying for my new AR accessories, I’m probably going for a full size stainless SA 1911.
